The setting
Two pools, one ritual
At Villa Kidosho, the tray arrives in the infinity pool that hangs above the beach — pool access straight off your private terrace, the ocean directly ahead. At Asili House, it's served in the garden pool that runs toward the sea. Both face east: this is the sunrise coast, and the breakfast is timed so the golden hour does the decorating.
The morning stays yours afterwards — most couples follow the tray with the low-tide walk toward the sandbank, or simply stay in the water until the coffee runs out.

The tray is its own small naval architecture: wide-beamed, low-riding, stable enough for a full coffee pot in a breeze — the kitchen tested designs until spills stopped being part of the story.
